Back to Oregon Veterinary Referral Associates
History

Oregon Veterinary Referral Associates, P.C. (OVRA) was established by Dr. Donna Dimski and Dr. Amy Valentine in 1997, to provide specialized veterinary care for the southern Willamette Valley and surrounding regions. In 1998, Dr. Marvin Olmstead joined the practice, and OVRA relocated from Corvallis to the current location in Springfield, Oregon.
Since then, OVRA’s professional staff has expanded to include additional board certified specialists in small animal internal medicine and surgery, consultants offering supplemental veterinary specialty services on-site, and a surgical residency training program. The OVRA support staff has grown from a total of three to fifteen experienced, dedicated and well-trained certified veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants and client service representatives.
It has been, and remains a privilege for the entire OVRA staff to receive client referrals from the regional veterinary community. This professional partnership has provided advanced, specialized veterinary care to over 15,000 clients and pets, since 1997.
