Pat, CVT
Certified Veterinary Technician, Hospital/ICUPat has felt compelled to care for animals since her childhood when she’d pluck ticks off her uncle’s hounds and cut mats out of the fur of her friend’s Persian cat. She loves getting to know the animals at OVRA.
Pat and her husband, Tad, live with three cats, Sis, Lewis and Natalie. They also have a small flock of assorted funky chickens and geese who keep the cats in line.
She graduated from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 1988, earning an associate of applied science degree, and joined OVRA in 2006.
